NOTE:  As of August 16, 2008, the limited-time fee reduction offer is no longer available to families who have not already submitted preliminary applications.  Families who submitted preliminary applications during July or August of 2008 must attend an IAA meeting and submit a completed formal application to an AAI or HFC office no later than August 29, 2008 to receive the offer.
